Cooper Mountain

Cooper Hill Pinot Noir

An excellent, biodynamic, reliable glass pour Pinot Noir or place, packed with that nose of lush, cherry coke red fruit the Willamette is famous for, framed with spice and earth. Sourced from estate fruit at lower elevation, from younger vines, Cooper Mountain’s entry level Cooper Hill Pinot is fresher, more lifted, and fruit driven than its big brother, giving terrific depth of flavour for the price point. With just six months in oak, the palate unfolds a clear toned bing cherry and clove spice bell note with some lovely stem spice in there too, keeping the wine from sliding into pure fruit bomb territory.
