TECHNICAL INFO
Varietal/Blend: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Malvasia Nera, 10% Colorino
ABV: 15.2%
Vineyard: Pottarello is crafted from estate-grown Sangiovese rows 46–75, selected for their tiny berries and high skin-to-juice ratio. Grown organically at 200–400m on limestone clays, these vines thrive in a dry, warm Mediterranean climate.
Cellar: The wine undergoes three weeks of stainless steel fermentation with manual punch downs before racking to 500L French oak tonneaux. It then ages for 12 months and rests nine more months in bottle prior to being released.
