Vineyard:  The grapes for Finca in a Bubble Organic Brut come from organically farmed vineyards located in the Alto Turia subzone of the Valencia DO, in eastern Spain. Nestled at altitudes ranging between 600 and 800 meters above sea level, these vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean-Continental climate, with warm days and cool nights that favor slow, balanced ripening and excellent acidity retention—ideal conditions for high-quality sparkling wine production.

The soils are mainly limestone and sandy-clay, providing good drainage and low fertility, which encourages deep root growth and results in naturally low yields and concentrated fruit.

The vineyards are certified organic, and no synthetic chemicals or herbicides are used. Farming is carried out with full respect for the environment, biodiversity, and the natural rhythms of the vines.
