Vineyard:  Perlage’s Sgàjo Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry is made from 6-15 year-old organic vines grown on alluvial soils at 50 meters altitude. The cool Mediterranean climate gives the wine its distinctive freshness and aromatic finesse.

Cellar: Sgàjo Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry from Perlage begins with low-temperature fermentation, followed by Martinotti Method for the second fermentation. It spends two years aging on its lees in stainless steel, gaining depth and character.
