Varietal/Blend:  60% Garnacha, 30% Syrah, 30% Monastrell

ABV:  13.5%

Vineyard & Vine Age:  Pago Casa Gran Reposo Tinto comes from organically farmed estate vineyards planted between 1995 and 2000. Perched at 550 metres, the vines thrive in white clay and sandy soils with permanent cover crops under a moderate Mediterranean climate.

Cellar: Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks, with maceration length tailored to each grape variety and soil type. Each variety is processed separately, fermented with native yeasts, aged in concrete tanks, and left on the lees for two months with batonnage.
