Varietal/Blend:  60% Gewürztraminer, 40% Moscatel

ABV:  12%

Vineyard & Vine Age:  The estate is located in the Alcusses Valley at 600 metres above sea level. Moscatel vines are planted in sandy soils, and Gewürztraminer in white clay. The vineyards are managed sustainably, with careful attention to canopy management and soil cover to ensure healthy grapes.

Cellar: Grapes are harvested mechanically at night using advanced machinery adapted to each plot to preserve aroma and freshness. Each variety is pressed directly and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks using 100% native yeasts. Wines remain on their lees for two months with weekly batonnage.
