Naturally farmed Valencia blend of aromatic varietals. Bright, tropical, and bursting with passion fruit, mango, papaya, mandarin and lime. Fun, fresh and persistent with a perfect balance of acidity and structure. Pago Casa Gran keeps it natural and hands-on using native yeasts and gentle lees contact with no other interference. Pure, juicy and refreshing from start to finish, a total pleasure!

Vineyard & Vine Age: The estate is located in the Alcusses Valley at 600 metres above sea level. Moscatel vines are planted in sandy soils, and Gewürztraminer in white clay. The vineyards are managed sustainably, with careful attention to canopy management and soil cover to ensure healthy grapes.
Cellar: Grapes are harvested mechanically at night using advanced machinery adapted to each plot to preserve aroma and freshness. Each variety is pressed directly and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks using 100% native yeasts. Wines remain on their lees for two months with weekly batonnage.
