Pago Casa Gran
Falcata Casa Gran
Falcata: an ancient Iberian sword used to fight the Romans during the 4th century B.C. These weapons were non-transferable and thus buried with the soldiers upon death. Represented here for the Iberian settlement that once stood above Pago Casa Gran. Here, the Crianza bottling of the most expressive sites gives forth a more lifted red fruit, blackberries and baking spice, with a smack of plum at the end. Concentrated but lively and certainly safe to age for a decade. Outstanding.
