Marchese Manodori

Venturini Baldini

Venturini Baldini’s multiple award winning tête de cuvée for their sparkling reds, the Marchese Manadori is a truly regal example of Lambrusco. In a Brut style with only 7g/L RS, this wine is meant to be served at cellar temperature, about 10-12ºC, where it exudes a spicy, lush, black-fruited tonic of wild violets and cinnamon and black cherry perfumes with a bass notes of clove and peppercorn. It comes as no surprise then that the wine is an excellent partner to charcuterie. But we've also found it to shine perfectly with several of China's different regional cuisines and with southern smoked fare like BBQ ribs and pulled pork.

Awarded Gambero Rosso's Tre Bicchieri; listed as one of Luca Maroni's Best Italian Wines, 91pts; listed in Il Golosario's Top 100 Wines, and earning 6/6 grappoli at Emilia Romagna da Bere.
