Cadelvento Brut

Cadelvento Spergola is a lively, elegant sparkling white with pear and lemongrass aromas. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, and approachable, with fine bubbles and a bright, citrusy lift. It pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, salmon tartare, creamy pasta, or a wedge of Parmigiano Reggiano, bringing a little sparkle to the table.
