Vineyard: The Rivetto Vigna Lirano Langhe Nebbiolo comes from biodynamic, west-facing vines at 340–420 meters. Planted in calcareous, clay Serravallian soils enriched with magnesium, calcium, and iron, it benefits from the unique Piemontese climate along the Barolo boundary.
Cellar: Fermented with indigenous yeast in terracotta amphorae, this biodynamic Nebbiolo wine undergoes a long, gentle maceration. The wine is then aged for nine months in amphora, preserving purity and highlighting the vineyard’s calcareous clay Serravallian soils.
