Fattoria La Rivolta
Taburno Sannio DOC Greco
What makes Fattoria La Rivolta’s Greco special is how clearly it speaks of their hills, with calcareous-clay soils, altitude, and the wind that slides through the Taburno slopes. Greco thrives in this landscape, keeping its acidity sharp, its structure firm, and its fruit clean and lifted. Even when young, it shows the grape’s quiet seriousness, and with time it gathers a honeyed, smoky, almond depth without ever losing its brightness.
Region: Benevento, Campania
Appellation: Taburno Sannio DOC Greco
Varietal/Blend: 100% Greco
ABV: 13%
Vineyard: 100% Greco from low-yielding parcels (70q/ha), hand-harvested in the last days of September and early October. About 16,000 bottles produced.
Cellar: A brief cryomaceration to lift the aromatics, then a steady 15-day ferment. The wine leans into Greco’s signature character: floral and gently fruity on the nose, dry and softly textured on the palate, with a long, persistent finish.
CSPC: 132478
