This gorgeously intense, bright, cherry pink rosé has a mineral driven crunchy fruit bouquet of small berries—raspberry, wild strawberry, cranberry—complemented by fresh florals, violet and rose. The palate is laced with fresh acidity a richer bodied style at 13.5%. Enjoy this wine with charcuterie, light cheeses, grilled meats, pizza, you name it, but it's also ideal for shellfish, anchovy toast, or fried fish.
