The palate is laced with fresh acidity a richer bodied style at 13.5%. Enjoy this wine with charcuterie, light cheeses, grilled meats, pizza, you name it, but it's also ideal for shellfish, anchovy toast, or fried fish.

Cellar: Cordero San Giorgio Provincia di Pavia IGT Piasa Croatina Rosato undergoes soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation prevented. The wine ages on the lees for six months in stainless steel for added complexity and texture.
