Vineyard: Domaine Tissot BBF Blanc de Blanc Brut Nature comes from 1.3 hectares of biodynamic vineyards at 250–450 meters altitude. The vines, planted with selection massale method, grow on soils of 60% Triassic clays and 40% Bajocian limestone.
Cellar: This wine is spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. It ages at least nine months in French oak barriques before secondary fermentation. Finally, it ages five more years on lees in bottle, with no dosage or SO2 addition.
