Yield was 45hl/ha in these sites in 2023. Naturally fermented then aged in French oak barrels and foudres for 14 months on the lees. 12,232 bottles made. 13%. Cellaring potential: 10 years.

What the Critics are saying:  “A textural, dense and fruity white with aromas of peaches, blanched almonds, verbena and salt. It's medium‑bodied with bright acidity. Plenty of energy and silky texture with a salty character. It's lively and comforting with a flavorful finish. Drink or hold.” Score: 93- James Suckling
