Vineyard:  François Villard Crozes-Hermitage AOC Certitude comes from estate vineyards in Mercurol, Beaumont-Monteux, and Chanos-Curson. The 15-year-old vines, planted at 5,500 vines per hectare and pruned Cordon de Royat, grow in pebbly soils with sandy and clayey patches.

Cellar: François Villard Crozes-Hermitage AOC Certitude is fermented 55% whole cluster in open oak vats with indigenous yeast. The wine is aged 12 months in oak, then racked and blended for an additional six months in stainless before bottling.
