Lelarge-Pugeot

Rosé Extra Brut

This stunningly poised and textured Champagne has a rich and nutty palate complemented by a bright freshness that belies its age and a finish about as long as its age. Based in the 2013 vintage and bottled for secondary fermentation in 2014, this wine arrives in Alberta with eight years already in bottle and the tertiary complexity to prove it. An absolute steal. Raspberry, cream, lavender, pastry shell, and cherry blossom abound with nuances of dried herbs and salted butter.
