Cellar: Camille Cayran L'Insouciante Rouge undergoes a 48-hour pre-fermentation cold soak, then ferments six weeks in concrete with daily cap management by delestage, pigeage, and remontage. The wine is aged 10 months in concrete, with no sulphites until bottling.

Organic wine. Clear and brilliant ruby color. The nose is very intense with spices and blackcurrant. The palate has a beautiful attack, smooth and round, powerful and concentrated. Intense aromas of red fruits, cherry and blackcurrant that stays during the smooth and long finish. An elegant wine, fruity and round. Excellent with everyday meals, grilled meat, roast meats, pizzas

Vineyard: Camille Cayran L'Insouciante Rouge comes from organic vineyards in the Cru Cairanne at 98–339 meters altitude. The vines grow on stony limestone clay slopes with excellent sun exposure on terraces above the Aygues tributary, yielding 45 hl/ha.
