2024 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Kapfenstein Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc from Southeast Styria, showing the grape’s sharper, saltier, more electric side. Volcanic rock brings tension and a quiet smoky grip, while quartz-rich soils give the wine that cool, glassy precision. Green citrus, fresh herbs, and a crystalline salty note keep everything bright, clean, and focused. Pour it with asparagus, scallops, delicate fish, goat cheese, or anything that wants a white wine with nerve, clarity, and a little volcanic bite.
