White Table Wine

St. Romedius

This wine is a fun and fresh blend that hides within it a truly serious quality, like a comedian sneaking crucial insights into their elaborate jokes. Half of this blend is delicious, classic, well made Napa Chardonnay in French oak barrique of the finest quality while the other half is a lean, mineral laden tropical blast also fermented and aged in older neutral French oak, then pieced together for this truly enamouring micro-cuvée. An elegant and lively nose of well-bridled tropical and stone fruit aromas amid a scaffold of green apple and rainy minerality. Supple on the palate with a refreshing presence that stays there singing long after every sip.
