Space Age Rosé Spritz
Josh Phelps developed this fun little crusher in 2021 after hanging with friends on their surf boat on Lake Tahoe. They started mixing the Space Age Rosé with good old flavored sparkling water to achieve the perfect low-alcohol, sessionable beverage and the result made Josh want to tune this idea up into something he could can for us all when we're in similar sunshine straits. He honed in a blend of easy drinking, fun strawberry and meyer lemon flavours infused into his delicious rosé and carbonated at canning to make a perfect portable bevvy for the hot days on the boat, on the deck, on the greens, or around the campfire staring up at the moon.
