Pago Casa Gran
Casa Benasal Blanco
Naturally farmed Valencia blend of aromatic varietals. Fun, ripe and expressive with a super cleansing finish. Pago Casa Gran has committed to an elongated practice returning their vineyards to a balanced, natural state. This carries through to production as well, using natural yeasts, lees contact with light batonnage to keep the wines healthy, and no other interference. Vegan as well so no animal products in clarification. A fruit driven profile of peach and grape as to be expected, with floral notes, but a refreshing finish with no residual sugar or heavy texture. A pure pleasure!
