Casa Benasal Rosado

Pago Casa Gran

This quintessential rosé of Monastrell and Syrah shares much in common with the Provençal style while upping the punch. I love pouring this bottle for other wine folk because the host of tasting notes always run the gamut. Strawberry kiwi sorbet and raspberry panacotta are a couple of my favourites. This wine is wildly refreshing, beyond versatile with food, organically farmed with permanent crop cover, naturally fermented, with nothing added nor taken away save for <30ppm of sulphites at bottling, que magnífico! We feel blessed to have found such a crushable drop that can still hit the shelf in Canada at such every day prices.
