Varietal/Blend:  100% Tempranillo

Fermentation:  Night harvested and quickly brought to the cellars. Minimal maceration. Temperature controlled stainless steel.

Ageing:  Stainless steel.

Vineyard & Vine Age:  Organic. Night harvested. Small berry Tempranillo from the Antoli vineyard in the interior of the Sierra de Enguera surrounded by pines, mastic, and aromatic herbs. 12-year-old vines. Drip irrigation. Yield: 5.5kg/vine.
