Punset
2022 Langhe Rosso DOC Neh!
It leads with generous summer red fruit, ripe and inviting, with a depth that lingers without ever feeling heavy. The palate is dry, gently tannic, and well balanced, offering good structure and a comfortable, medium body. It works effortlessly at the table with just about any dish, just as well on its own, as an aperitif or poured simply for the pleasure of it.
Region: Barbaresco, Piemonte
Appellation: Langhe, DOC
Varietal/Blend: 65% Dolcetto, 25% Barbera, 10% Nebbiolo
ABV: 13%
Vineyard: Grapes are hand-harvested and stored in baskets to avoid warming. The vineyards are fully grassed with minimal mechanical tillage, integrated with nature, and carefully managed to support biodiversity.
Cellar: Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, with skin contact to extract color while keeping tannins soft. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended in varying proportions to achieve a consistent style. The resulting wine is structured and balanced, with clear varietal expression and precise reflection of the vineyard.
