Riva Arsiglia

Menti

This unique expression of the Garganega grape, grown on volcanic calcareous slopes and vinified minimally, is just so much fun to drink! Nose of biscuits, cut grass, lemon peel, clover, hay, and raw almond. On the palate, apricot, green apple, and chamomile bolstered by lighting like acidity. Slightly cloudy to the eye but pours clear overall. Farmed biodynamically and zero messing around in the winery. A very good wine to feel good about consuming. Often!
