Monte del Cuca

Menti

Orange Wine. A topic of much discussion and dissection. This amber hued wine of Garganega lends some validity to this trending category. Fascinating to look at and aromatically intense, slightly tannic on the palate with a mouthfeel all it’s own. Baked apple, orange rind, sour beer, yeast, mandarin orange, but dry as a wine can be. This certainly lends itself to strong cheeses, but also foods of a variety of weights and proteins. An unusual but approachable wine for those who want to experience something new.
