Le Fraghe

2022 Traccia Di Rosa

"Showing elegant restraint, the fantastic 2022 Traccia di Rose from Le Fraghe demonstrates the quality and finesse Chiaretto di Bardolino can achieve when planted in the right sites and made with care. Made with organically farmed Corvina and Rondinella, fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts and aged in concrete tanks, it has delicate but intriguing aromas of botanical herb, sun-warmed hay, wild berry, resin, hints of camphor and the barest whiff of paraffin. Dry and savory, the polished palate delivers ripe red cherry, pomegranate, orange rind, white pepper and a dollop of vanilla before a saline finish. Fans of finesse will be hooked. Drink through 2028.” 94/100, Kerin O’Keefe, August 2025,

“Here's where fruit takes a back seat to let savory and saline characteristics drive. The structure and presence command attention, while the texture fills the mouth like fine silk. A serious rosé that proves these wines deserve a place at the finest tables.” -Jeff Porter,
