Le Fraghe

2025 Camporengo Garganega

A very typical Garganega born on soils rich in stones and minerals. This is a very vertical wine with pronounced acidity and a significant savoury note. Aromatically, it walks this beautiful line between white flowers and orchard fruit: acacia, mimosa, peach skin, crisp apple, then a faint green-pepper snap on the finish that keeps the whole thing feeling alive and energetic rather than merely fruity. A natural fit for shellfish, risotto, grilled vegetables, and those deceptively simple meals where olive oil is doing half the heavy lifting.
