Le Fraghe
2021 Brol Grande Montebaldo
pristine fruit and fresh herbs. Each sip brings a rush of energy and vibrancy, with a crunchiness that awakens the palate. Showing the reason for introducing subzones to Bardolino.”- 93/100 + Editor’s Choice, Jeff Porter, Wine Enthusiast
“The 2021 Montebaldo Brol Grande is a fantastic wine, starting with its heady aromas of dark spice, balsamic herb, ripe woodland berry and wild
rose. A blend of organically cultivated Corvina and Rondinella fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts in concrete where it also ages, it’s all about finesse and flavor, delivering succulent red cherry, strawberry and
ground pepper accompanied by supple tannins. A salty note lingers on
the finish while fresh acidity keeps it balanced. Drink through 2027.” - 93/100, Kerin O’Keefe, October 2024, kerinokeefe.com
