Vineyard: This Moscato Bianco comes from 2.5 hectares in Castiglione Tinella and Mango, two classic villages for aromatic varieties in the Langhe. Guyot-trained vines face south and south-west at around 400 metres above sea level, with harvest in early September.
Cellar: Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, with the must clarified by settling and filtration before fermentation in a stainless-steel autoclave at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is halted early to preserve residual sugar and low alcohol.
