Vineyard:  Grown in the clay-rich soils of Santa Giuletta, the 30-year-old Guyot-trained vines are carefully hand-harvested into boxes at the end of August or early September, following a strict manual selection in the vineyard.

Cellar: Pinot Noir grapes are destemmed but kept whole, with 10% whole-cluster vinification. After cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic in both tanks and barriques. Aged nine months, then rested six months in the bottle.
