Cordero Mario

2023 Barbera d'Alba DOC Solìto

Ripe black cherry, red cherry, juicy plum, and a little forest strawberry sweetness lead the way, with fresh pepper, violet, and soft vanilla tucked in behind. The palate is fresh, full, and beautifully balanced, with Barbera’s lovely acidity doing the heavy lifting while the oak sits exactly where it should. Long, smooth, and gently spiced on the finish.
