Vineyard:  Vineyards at 30 meters altitude on gently hilly and flat sites. Soils of morainic and sandstone origin with clay and gravel. Vines trained in double-arched cane, harvested mid-September.

Cellar: After destemming and gentle pressing, primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 14–16°C. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in autoclave (Martinotti method) for a minimum of 45 days. Bottled with ~11 g/L residual sugar and rested 2–3 weeks before release.

Winemakers Note:  Color: Straw yellow.
Bubbles: fine and persistent perlage.
Fragrance: clean, delicate, and pleasant aroma, pleasantly fruity.
Tasting Note: balanced and very fresh, with good aromatic persistence. A pleasantly sapid and harmonious finish.
Pairings: excellent between meals and as an aperitif.
Serving Temperature: 6°- 8° C
