Mozaïk Rouge

Pithon-Paillé

The MozaÏk Rouge brings together two plots planted with the Loire’s most regal red, Cabernet Franc. These two vineyards juxtapose the two main subsoils and terroirs of Anjou: the black schist of “Anjou Noir” and the white limestone of “Anjou Blanc”. This elegant cuvée had a gentle extraction resulting in a softer tannic profile and a gorgeous texture with nothing standing in the way between these beautifully farmed biodynamic grapes and the terroir they manifest. Garnet red, packed with red and black fruit of all kinds. Drink now or age up to 7 years. Serve at around 13 degrees and follow its unfolding as it warms and breathes.
