Varietal/Blend:  50% Syrah, 25% Touriga Nacional, 15% Malbec, 10% Merlot

ABV:  11.5%

Vineyard & Vine Age: Syrah and Touriga Nacional, two rare varieties in the Gironde, are grown biodynamically on complementary soils: chalky clay for Syrah and gravelly silt for Touriga Nacional. Vines are trained in double Guyot, with winter grass cover and spring tillage. Average vine age is seven years, yields are around 30 hL/ha, and production is limited to 4,000 bottles.

Cellar: The grapes are blended at harvest and co-fermented. Vinification uses gentle whole-berry extraction with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts.
