Vineyard & Vine Age:  Bull Swamp and Manilla vineyards in Baw Baw Shire. The vines were planted in 1961 and and 1964 respectively.

Cellar: Pressed in a pneumatic press, the 2012 Terre de Pierre ferments spontaneously with native yeasts. It matures on its lees in underground glass-lined vats for 7 to 17 months, without racking, before bottling, preserving purity and depth.

Vineyard:  Grown on ochre red serpentinite soils over peridotite rock, Luneau Papin’s 2012 Terre de Pierre comes from biodynamic vines planted in 1974. Hand-harvested and low yielding, this wine embodies the storied La Butte de la Roche terroir’s vibrant character.
