Vineyard:  This magnum comes from estate vines planted in 1974 on serpentinite and peridotite soils at La Butte de la Roche. Biodynamically farmed, these historic vineyards are rooted in red ochre earth, carefully tended and hand-harvested with precision.

Cellar: After pneumatic pressing, fermentation proceeds naturally with wild yeasts. The wine matures on lees in underground glass-lined vats for seven to seventeen months, varying by vintage, and is bottled without racking to preserve purity and texture.
