Vineyard:  The 2008 Terre de Pierre originates from estate vines planted in 1974 on ochre serpentinite and peridotite soils. Biodynamic farming includes natural preparations, cover crops, and single guyot pruning, with dense planting and precise hand selection at harvest.

Cellar: Grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press before spontaneous fermentation begins with natural yeasts. The wine matures on its lees in underground glass-lined vats for 7 to 17 months without racking, preserving purity before bottling.
