Vineyard:  Luneau Papin’s 2006 Excelsior hails from massale-selected vines planted in 1936 in La Chapelle-Heulin on schist and micaschist soils. Biodynamically farmed, the Goulaine Cru site reflects centuries of terroir expression, carefully hand-harvested and managed with cover crops.

Cellar: This wine underwent spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts at 20°C following a pneumatic press. It matured for 20–36 months on lees in underground glass-lined vats, untouched by racking, preserving purity until bottling.
