Varietal/Blend:  70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, 5% Cabernet Franc

ABV:  12.0%

Vineyard & Vine Age: Estate vineyards at 20 meters altitude, biodynamic since 2000. The 50-year-old vines, double Guyot pruned, grow on gravel, clay, and limestone soils, with thoughtful low-yield farming and natural treatments.

Cellar: Indigenous yeast in temperature-controlled concrete vats. The wine is aged in concrete vats and neutral French oak, unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal sulphur addition.
