This is 100% organic Chardonnay, made Brut Nature with zero dosage, so absolutely no sugar added at the end. It’s a delicate but generous style of bubbles, with those classic Chardonnay notes of butter, pastry and hazelnut. The nose is elegant and complex, while the palate is rich, creamy and quite opulent, but still beautifully balanced by the dry finish. A really lovely bottle for the aperitif, but even better when there’s seafood or fish on the table. Zero dosage, zero added sugar, just Chardonnay doing its thing.
