Vineyard & Vine Age:  Bull Swamp and Manilla vineyards in Baw Baw Shire. The vines were planted in 1961 and and 1964 respectively.

Cellar: Fermented at low temperatures to enhance floral and fruit aromas, this Pinot Noir undergoes malolactic fermentation while aging briefly in French oak barriques. Vegan-friendly, it is fined using pea-based agents, preserving purity and respecting ethical winemaking standards.

Vineyard:  From organic estate vineyards at 200m altitude, this Pinot Noir grows on Eocene limestone scree under a Mediterranean climate. The terroir imparts purity and structure, reflecting the vineyard’s sustainable practices and distinctive geological and climatic conditions.
