Vineyard & Vine Age: Bull Swamp and Manilla vineyards in Baw Baw Shire. The vines were planted in 1961 and and 1964 respectively.
Cellar: Produced by the saignée method and fermented in stainless steel, this rosé aged six months in stainless before bottling on March 9th. Only 17 ppm SO2 was used, preserving freshness while showcasing the purity of the organic fruit.

Vineyard: This wine comes from organic estate vineyards at 200 meters altitude on Eocene limestone scree. Hand harvested into small crates, yields are limited to 35 hl/ha. Grenache was picked September 3, Syrah September 4.
