Ageing:  Six months in stainless. Bottled March 9th with only 17ppm SO2.

Vineyard & Vine Age:  Estate vineyards. Organic. Hand harvested into small crates. Only 35 hl/ha yield. Grenache harvested Sept 3, Syrah Sept 4, and Mourvèdre Sept 21.

ABV:  13.5%
