Winemakers Note:  Clear and pale yellow, with silvery sheen. Nice expression of exotic fruits and grapefruit. Full bodied, delicious, with a great liveliness. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, fish and asparagus. To be served between 10 and 12°C.
