Varietal/Blend:  90% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon

ABV:  14%

Vineyard & Vine Age: The grapes come from a 12.24-hectare vineyard with ~52-year-old vines planted at 6,500/ha. Soils are gravelly clay with a gravel-dominant surface layer. Green manuring is practiced using legumes (fava beans, peas, and clover) and grasses (rye and oat).

Cellar: Harvested entirely by hand, the grapes are received by gravity and sorted on a densimetric table. Vinification is carried out plot by plot in Italian concrete tanks within a gravity-flow cellar, with MLC in barrels. The wine is aged in French oak barrels ( 60% new oak and 40% one-year-old oak featuring 15 different toast levels).
