Pinot Blanc

Birgit Braunstein

Pure fruit and precision. Birgit Braunstein has a definitive style. Biodynamic farmed Pinot Blanc made simply and purely. You get a typical Burgundian type almond character, but with an element of that Alsatian tropical mango and banana thing on the nose, then soft pear notes throughout. Refreshing, but with a robust leesy body and a gracefully textured acidity. A wonderful option with seafood and sunshine. Truly easy going and delicious.
