Pago Casa Gran - Falcata Casa Gran
PAGO CASA GRAN
Falcata: an ancient Iberian sword used to fight the Romans during the 4th century B.C. These weapons were nontransferable and thus buried with the soldiers upon death. Represented here for the Iberian settlement that once stood above Pago Casa Gran. Here, the Crianza bottling of the most expressive sites gives forth a more lifted red fruit, black berries and baking spice, with a smack of plum on the end. Concentrate but lively and certainly safe to age for a decade. Outstanding.
