Cooper Mountain - Pinot Noir

Cooper Mountain - Pinot Noir

COOPER MOUNTAIN

We found this to be just outstanding in terms of delicious drinkability and depth. A Willamette Valley blend of three Estate Vineyards Certified Organic & Biodynamic on primarily Volcanic soil, minimal SO2 additions (less than 30mg). Unfined, but lovely, clear colour. Balanced oak notes, ripe black cherry and Earl Grey. Honestly, just classic, and delightful Oregon Pinot Noir, from one of the first families in the valley. Ready to go out of the gate, or with up to 5 more years.
