Chiusa Grande - Vinosophia Passerina

Chiusa Grande - Vinosophia Passerina

CHIUSA GRANDE

An indigenous varietal of extreme floral character, with slight pear and white peach notes, and abundance of freshness. A touch more textural than one might expect for an Italian white at this price. Lovely with light white fish, mild cheeses, and anything else that suits a sunny day, al fresco. A fine example of approachable and value driven biodynamic wine. The vineyards are all managed under biodynamic and organic principles and this is one of the most certified wineries in all of Italy! Classical for its country of origin but universal in it’s drinkability and enjoyable nature.
